4th & 19 was started by Jeff, Mike, and Striker, who've been watching and talking Vols together for years, particularly since the 2001 SEC Championship when luckily Mike's old box TV was too blurry to see the Vols get upset by the LSU Tigers. Since then, they've been to countless games, witnessed some incredible moments, and shared the agony of so many losses (They endured Dooley, Jones and Pruitt...).

Aside from football, they're avid Vols basketball and baseball fans and will talk anything Vols as they patiently await the championships to come...
