4th & 19 was started by Jeff and Mike, who've been watching and talking Vols together since at least the 2001 SEC Championship when luckily Mike's old box TV was too blurry to see the Vols get upset by the LSU Tigers. Since then, they've been to countless games, witnesses some incredible, and shared the agony of so many losses (They endured Dooley, Jones and Pruitt...).

Aside from football, they're avid Vols basketball and baseball fans and will talk anything Vols as they patiently await the championships to come...
